"Ping of Death" is a term which means that a user pings a computer and send him packets (data) in extreme quantity so that his computer is unable to handle it and its either hangs or shuts down.....But the problem is that "Ping of Death" uses DoS (Denial of Service) or you can call it cmd that is command prompt and it can only be done in Unix (operating system)....But programmers have made some softwares by which you can use ping of death in any computer..But as you know that DoS is the oldest and hence things like telnet and all are all old and now system are not affected by any attack from DoS but "ping of death" is the best to shutdown any system and guess what i am having the "ping of death" software..yeahhh...
